purpose of a specific amendment, that being Amendment No. 1.

      reimbursement rates for each health care provider authorized to                                                           
      bill for health care services or supplies provided through telehealth                                                     
      under the Current Procedural Terminology code adopted by the                                                              
      American Medical Association or other industry standard method                                                            
      of coding. In this subsection, "health care provider" means a                                                             
                physician or other medical professional licensed in this state."                                               
                                                                                                                                
Senator Giessel moved for the adoption of Amendment No. 1. Senator
