The Labor and Commerce Committee considered SENATE BILL                                                                         
NO. 81 "An Act relating to employer contribution rates in the teachers'                                                         
retirement system and the Public Employees' Retirement System of                                                                
Alaska; and providing for an effective date" and recommended it be

        CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 81(L&C) "An Act relating                                                                         
        to employer contribution rates in the Public Employees'                                                                 
        Retirement System of Alaska; and providing for an
