for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 79 "An Act relating to wage

Senator Giessel moved the Senate concur in the House amendment.

and so, the Senate concurred in the House amendment, thus adopting                                                              
HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 79(FIN) "An Act relating to                                                                        
wage payments; and providing for an effective date."                                                                            
Senator Giessel moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on                                                                   
concurrence be considered the vote on the effective date clauses.
