SB 63                                                                                                                         
The following, which was advanced to third reading from the May 8                                                               
calendar (page 2460), was read the third time:                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE BILL NO. 63 am                                                                                                      
     "An Act relating to the Local Boundary Commission; and                                                                     
     providing for an effective date."                                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
Representative Allard moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                    
SB 63 am be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of                                                              
considering a fiscal note.                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
There was objection.

the Senate.
