The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 20 "An Act                                                                     
relating to cardiopulmonary resuscitation education in public schools;                                                          
relating to the duties of the Department of Education and Early                                                                 
Development; and providing for an effective date" and recommended                                                               
it be replaced with                                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 20(FIN) "An Act                                                                                
          relating to cardiopulmonary resuscitation education                                                                   
          in public schools; and relating to the duties of the
