Message dated April 25 was read stating the Governor has let the                                                                
following bill become law without signature and transmitted the                                                                 
engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor’s Office for                                                           
permanent filing:                                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
          HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 15(L&C) "An                                                                              
          Act relating to the sale of alcohol; relating to the                                                                  
          posting of warning signs for alcoholic beverages; and
