HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 44 Supporting the ability of                                                                         
Alaska Native corporations and entities owned by federally recognized                                                           
tribes in the state to participate in the United States Small Business                                                          
Administration's 8(a) Business Development Program, was read the                                                                
second time.                                                                                                                    
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens stated HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 44 will                                                                     
advance to third reading on the May 11 calendar.
