Representative Stapp moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                     
reconsideration of HJR 44 (page 2342) be taken up on the same day.                                                              
There being no objection, it was so ordered.

    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 44                                                                                               
    Supporting the ability of Alaska Native corporations and entities                                                           
    owned by federally recognized tribes in the state to participate in                                                         
    the United States Small Business Administration's 8(a) Business                                                             
    Development Program.                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
The question to be reconsidered:  "Shall HJR 44 pass the House?"  The
