The following, which was advanced to third reading from the                                                                     
March 27 calendar (page 1976), was read the third time:                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 38                                                                                               
    Urging the United States Congress to recognize public safety                                                                
    telecommunicators as first responders; and urging the United                                                                
    States Congress to pass the Enhancing First Response Act.
