Full Journal pdf2026-02-11 House Journal Page 1601 HJR 29 The following was read the second time: HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 29 Supporting the extension of the national emergency declared in Executive Order 14024; supporting the continued national prohibition on Russian seafood imports effected by Executive Orders 14024, 14066, and 14068; and urging the President of the United States, federal agencies, and the United States Congress to maintain and strengthen federal measures that ensure fair trade, protect the state's seafood industry, and promote sustainable and ethical seafood production. with the: Journal Page FSH RPT CS(FSH) NEW TITLE 5DP 1554 FN1: ZERO(LEG) 1554 Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that the following committee substitute be adopted in lieu of the original resolution: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 29(FSH) Supporting the extension of the national emergency declared in Executive Order 14024; supporting the continued national prohibition on Russian seafood imports effected by Executive Orders 14024, 14068, and 14114; and urging the President of the United States, federal agencies, and the United States Congress to consider additional measures necessary for prohibiting the importation of Russian seafood into the United States and to 2026-02-11 House Journal Page 1602 maintain and strengthen federal measures that ensure fair trade, protect the state's seafood industry, and promote sustainable and ethical seafood production. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Stutes: Page 1, line 11: Delete "$15,000,000" Insert "$15,000,000,000" Representative Stutes moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted. Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHJR 29(FSH) am be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading, and placed on final passage.
