Congress to pass the Kids Online Safety Act, was read the second

Senator Giessel moved and asked unanimous consent the resolution be                                                             
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                                                                  
objection, it was so ordered.

The question being: "Shall HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 28                                                                        
Calling on the United States Congress to pass the Kids Online Safety
