Without objection, it was so ordered. HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 28 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 28 Calling on the United States Congress to pass the Kids Online Safety Act, pass the Senate?"
