A message dated April 29 was read stating the Governor noted the                                                                
following resolution and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                             
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 14(TRA)                                                                                   
    Supporting the completion of the Port MacKenzie Rail Extension                                                              
    and the Northern Rail Extension; supporting the increase in                                                                 
    defensive capabilities at Fort Greely, Alaska; encouraging a                                                                
    renewed commitment by the Alaska Railroad to a community-                                                                   
    minded approach to future rail expansion; and encouraging the                                                               
    development of critical Arctic infrastructure.
