Full Journal pdf2025-04-25 House Journal Page 0912 HJR 9 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 23 calendar (page 863), was read the third time: CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 9(HSS) Urging the United States Congress to extend enhanced tax credits for health insurance premiums under the Affordable Care Act. Representative Stapp moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and he was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHJR 9(HSS) pass the House?" Representative Costello gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHJR 9(HSS).
