    HOUSE BILL NO. 193                                                                                                          
    "An Act establishing a paid parental leave program; relating to                                                             
    unemployment benefits; relating to the collection of child support                                                          
    obligations; and relating to the duties of the Department of Labor

    special employer contributions; relating to the employment                                                                  
    assistance and training program account; relating to                                                                        
    unemployment benefits; relating to the collection of child support                                                          
    obligations; and relating to the duties of the Department of Labor
