CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 388(FIN) "An Act relating to loans made                                                                   
from the bulk fuel loan account; and providing for an effective date"                                                           
was read the second time.                                                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Senator Giessel moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be                                                                   
advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without
