Rule 23 be waived on HOUSE BILL NO. 298 "An Act relating to the                                                                 
Legislative Ethics Act; relating to legislative subpoenas; relating to the                                                      
jurisdiction of the office of the ombudsman; and providing for an                                                               
effective date" for the Judiciary Committee meeting on May 6.
