     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 289(FIN)                                                                                             
     "An Act making appropriations, including supplemental                                                                      
     appropriations, capital appropriations, reappropriations, and other                                                        
     appropriations; amending appropriations; capitalizing funds;                                                               
     making appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of                                                           
     the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund;                                                          
     and providing for an effective date."                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
Representative Johnson moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
CSHB 289(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose
