There was objection. Representative Stutes, citing Section 402.1 of Mason's Manual, rose to a point of order regarding the germaneness of the amendment. The Speaker ruled the amendment out of order. Representative Johnson appealed the ruling of the chair and withdrew the appeal. The Speaker withdrew the ruling. Representative Stutes withdrew the point of order.
