A message dated May 15 was read stating the Senate passed HB 216                                                                
with the following amendment, and it is transmitted for consideration:                                                          
                                                                                                                                
    SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 216(CRA)                                                                                       
    "An Act approving the transfer of land owned by the Alaska                                                                  
    Railroad Corporation to the City of Whittier; and providing for an
