HB 216                                                                                                                        
The following, which was advanced to third reading from the                                                                     
March 23 calendar (page 1913), was read the third time:                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 216                                                                                                          
    "An Act approving the transfer of land owned by the Alaska                                                                  
    Railroad Corporation to the City of Whittier; and providing for an

Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain                                                                
from voting because of a conflict of interest.  Objection was heard, and                                                        
he was required to vote.
