    "An Act relating to occupational disability benefits and medical                                                            
    benefits available under the public employees' retirement system;

Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                      
CSHB 210(FIN) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose                                                            
of rescinding action on Amendment No. 1. There being no objection, it                                                           
was so ordered.                                                                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                  
House rescind previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 1                                                               
(page 2399). There being no objection, it was so ordered.                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Representative Saddler moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                   
Amendment No. 1 (page 2397) be adopted.  There being no objection,                                                              
Amendment No. 1 was adopted and the new title follows:

    from diseases for certain firefighters; relating to occupational

Representative McCabe moved and asked unanimous consent to                                                                      
abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.  Objection was
