Representative Johnson objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, CSHB 195(FIN) was adopted. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Allard: Page 14, line 29, following "law": Insert "; (3) does not include the prescription or administration of a selective progesterone receptor modulator or another abortion-inducing drug" Page 15, following line 2: Insert a new bill section to read: "* Sec. 37. AS 08.80 is amended by adding a new section to read: Sec. 08.80.385. Abortion-inducing drugs. A pharmacist may not dispense a selective progesterone receptor modulator or another abortion-inducing drug to a patient." Renumber the following bill sections accordingly. Page 44, line 21: Delete "56, 60, 73, and 76" Insert "57, 61, 74, and 77" Page 44, line 24: Delete "32 - 36, 38, 39, 45, and 84" Insert "32 - 37, 39, 40, 46, and 85" Representative Allard moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Representative Mina objected. Representative Ruffridge moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. CSHB 195(FIN) was read the third time. Representative Ruffridge moved and asked unanimous consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was heard, and he was required to vote. The question being: "Shall CSHB 195(FIN) pass the House?"
