Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that the

    "An Act changing the term 'physician assistant' to 'physician                                                               
    associate'; relating to physician associates; relating to

    and administration of drugs and devices by pharmacists; relating

    'practitioner'; and providing for an effective date."                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Representative Johnson objected and withdrew the objection. There                                                               
being no further objection, CSHB 195(FIN) was adopted.

    Insert a new bill section to read:                                                                                          
"* Sec. 37. AS 08.80 is amended by adding a new section to read:                                                              
         Sec. 08.80.385. Abortion-inducing drugs. A pharmacist may                                                            
    not dispense a selective progesterone receptor modulator or                                                                 
    another abortion-inducing drug to a patient."
