Senator Hoffman, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent that                                                                
the Finance Committee referral be waived on HOUSE BILL NO. 174                                                                  
"An Act relating to the regional educational attendance area and small                                                          
municipal school district fund; relating to Mt. Edgecumbe High                                                                  
School; and relating to teacher housing." The Finance Committee                                                                 
passed SENATE BILL NO. 146 (a similar bill) out of committee                                                                    
(page 1220) with a do pass recommendation. Without objection, the                                                               
bill was referred to the Rules Committee.
