Representative Mina moved and asked unanimous consent to be                                                                     
removed as prime sponsor and Representative Jimmie added as prime                                                               
sponsor for the following:                                                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 138                                                                                                          
    "An Act establishing a behavioral health crisis services surcharge;                                                         
    establishing the behavioral health crisis services fund; and                                                                
    providing for an effective date."
