SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 126(L&C) "An Act                                                                            
relating to the reinstatement of Native village corporations; relating to                                                       
proxy solicitations to shareholders of corporations organized under                                                             
state law under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act; and                                                                    
providing for an effective date" was read the third time.

Senator Giessel moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on the                                                               
passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause.
