HOUSE BILL NO. 126(L&C) "An Act relating to the reinstatement of                                                                
Native village corporations; relating to proxy solicitations to                                                                 
shareholders of corporations organized under state law under the                                                                
Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act; and providing for an effective
