A message dated July 10 was received stating the Governor allowed                                                               
the following bill to become law without signature and is transmitting                                                          
the engrossed and enrolled copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office                                                           
for permanent filing:                                                                                                           
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 123(FIN)                                                                               
     "An Act relating to vehicle rental taxes; relating to the issuance of                                                      
     subpoenas related to tax records; and providing for an effective
