The following, which was advanced to third reading from the

    "An Act relating to commercial set gillnet fishing; and providing                                                           
    for an effective date."                                                                                                     
                                                                                                                                
Representatives Kopp and Jimmie moved and asked unanimous                                                                       
consent to abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest.                                                               
Objection was heard, and they were required to vote.
