with the following amendment, and it is transmitted for consideration:                                                          
                                                                                                                                
     SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 93(JUD)                                                                                       
     "An Act changing the residency requirements for hunting,                                                                   
     trapping, and sport fishing privileges; and providing for an
