Full Journal pdf2025-05-16 House Journal Page 1245 HB 75 Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1212) on the following: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 75(STA) "An Act relating to national criminal history record checks for certain employees of the Department of Revenue; relating to allowable absences for eligibility for a permanent fund dividend; relating to the confidentiality of certain information provided on a permanent fund dividend application; relating to electronic notice 2025-05-16 House Journal Page 1246 of debt collection executed on a permanent fund dividend; and providing for an effective date." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 75(STA) "An Act relating to national criminal history record checks for certain employees of the Department of Revenue; relating to allowable absences for eligibility for a permanent fund dividend; relating to electronic notice of debt collection executed on a permanent fund dividend; and providing for an effective date." (SCR 7 - title change resolution) A Senate letter of intent was attached (Senate Journal page 1223). There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Kopp moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment?" Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause.
