Senator Dunbar, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Health and Social Services Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 1301. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 70(HSS) "An Act relating to emergency medical services for operational canines; relating to the powers, duties, and liability of emergency medical technicians and mobile intensive care paramedics; relating to the practice of veterinary medicine; relating to civil liability of veterinarians; and providing for an effective date" was adopted. Senator Giessel moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Giessel moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause(s). Without objection, it was so ordered and the bill was referred to the Secretary for engrossment.
