The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 70(L&C) am Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 29 NAYS: 8 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Burke, Bynum, Carrick, Coulombe, Dibert, Edgmon, Eischeid, Elam, Fields, Foster, Galvin, Gray, Hall, Hannan, Himschoot, Holland, Jimmie, Johnson, Josephson, Kopp, McCabe, Mears, Mina, Moore, Nelson, Schrage, Story, Stutes, Underwood Nays: Costello, Prax, Rauscher, Saddler, Schwanke, Stapp, Tilton, Vance Excused: Allard, Ruffridge, Tomaszewski Costello changed from "YEA" to "NAY" McCabe changed from "NAY" to "YEA" And so, CSHB 70(L&C) am passed the House. Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Costello gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 70(L&C) am.
