Representative Costello, citing Uniform Rule 18, moved and asked                                                                
unanimous consent that the following be withdrawn from the Rules                                                                
Committee and placed on the calendar for the next legislative day:                                                              
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 69                                                                                                           
    "An Act relating to education funding; and providing for an                                                                 
    effective date."
