A message dated March 6 was read stating the Governor signed the                                                                
following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled copies to                                                         
the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                          
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE BILL NO. 65                                                                                                          
     "An Act authorizing the Alaska Railroad Corporation to issue                                                               
     revenue bonds to finance the replacement of the Alaska Railroad                                                            
     Corporation's passenger dock and related terminal facility in                                                              
     Seward, Alaska; and providing for an effective date."
