IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and providing for an effective date." There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representative Josephson: Page 9, line 14: Delete "1,875,567" in both places Insert "1,875,604" in both places 2025-04-03 House Journal Page 0606 Page 11, line 7: Delete "1,875,567" Insert "1,875,604" Adjust fund sources and totals accordingly. Page 14, line 27: Delete "the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024" Insert "federal fiscal year 2023" Page 19, lines 2 - 7: Delete all material and insert: "* Sec. 20. CONTINGENCY. The appropriation made in sec. 11(c) of this Act is contingent on the Department of Health receiving notice from the United States Department of Agriculture Food and Nutrition Service that a liability amount is again established for federal fiscal year 2024, requiring the state to make a payment to satisfy the state's liability for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program penalty assessed for federal fiscal year 2023." Representative Josephson moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. Objection was heard and withdrawn. There being no further objection, Amendment No. 1 was adopted.
