          CONFERENCE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 55 "An                                                                               
          Act making appropriations for the operating and                                                                       
          capital expenses of the state's integrated                                                                            
          comprehensive mental health program; and providing                                                                    
          for an effective date."                                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
Senator Giessel moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on the                                                               
adoption of the Conference Committee Report be considered the vote                                                              
on the effective date clause(s). Without objection, it was so ordered.
