requests limited powers of free conference on the following specific

In accordance with past practice and usage, the Conference Committee                                                            
requests authorization to add the monetary terms of collective                                                                  
bargaining agreements for the following bargaining units:                                                                       
                                                                                                                                
Marine Engineers' Beneficial Association                                                                                        
Confidential Employees Association                                                                                              
Inlandboatmen's Union of the Pacific                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Signing the report: Senator Hoffman, Chair, Senators Stedman,                                                                   
Kaufman; Representative Josephson, Chair, Representatives Schrage,                                                              
Johnson.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens granted the Senate members limited powers of free                                                             
conference as requested.
