Message dated May 9 was read stating the House failed to concur in                                                              
the Senate amendment(s) to CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 55(FIN) and                                                                    
respectfully requests the Senate to recede from its amendment(s),                                                               
namely:                                                                                                                         
                                                                                                                                
          SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL                                                                                       
          NO. 55(FIN) am S "An Act making appropriations                                                                        
          for the operating and capital expenses of the state's                                                                 
          integrated comprehensive mental health program; and                                                                   
          providing for an effective date."
