YEAS: 0 NAYS: 20 EXCUSED: 0 ABSENT: 0 Nays: Bjorkman, Claman, Cronk, Dunbar, Giessel, Gray-Jackson, Hoffman, Hughes, Kaufman, Kawasaki, Kiehl, Merrick, Myers, Olson, Shower, Stedman, Stevens, Tobin, Wielechowski, Yundt and so, the Senate failed to recede. President Stevens appointed the following members to a Conference Committee to meet with a like committee from the House: Senator Hoffman, Chair Senator Stedman Senator Kaufman The Secretary was requested to notify the House.
