Representative Kopp moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment and recommended that the members vote no. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSHB 55(FIN) am S Concur YEAS: 13 NAYS: 25 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Bynum, Coulombe, Elam, Johnson, Moore, Prax, Rauscher, Ruffridge, Saddler, Schwanke, Stapp, Tomaszewski, Vance Nays: Burke, Carrick, Costello, Dibert, Edgmon, Eischeid, Fields, Foster, Galvin, Gray, Hall, Hannan, Himschoot, Holland, Jimmie, Josephson, Kopp, McCabe, Mears, Mina, Schrage, Story, Stutes, Tilton, Underwood Excused: Allard, Nelson Moore changed from "NAY" to "YEA" Rauscher changed from "NAY" to "YEA" Underwood changed from "YEA" to "NAY" And so, the House failed to concur in the Senate amendment. The Chief Clerk notified the Senate and respectfully requested it to recede.
