The question being: "Shall CSHB 55(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: CSHB 55(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 33 NAYS: 6 EXCUSED: 1 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Burke, Bynum, Carrick, Costello, Coulombe, Dibert, Edgmon, Eischeid, Elam, Fields, Foster, Galvin, Gray, Hall, Hannan, Himschoot, Holland, Jimmie, Johnson, Josephson, Kopp, Mears, Mina, Moore, Nelson, Prax, Ruffridge, Schrage, Schwanke, Story, Stutes, Tomaszewski, Vance Nays: Allard, McCabe, Rauscher, Stapp, Tilton, Underwood Excused: Saddler And so, CSHB 55(FIN) passed the House. Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Costello gave notice of reconsideration of the vote on CSHB 55(FIN).
