In accordance with past practice and usage, the Conference Committee                                                            
requests authorization to add the monetary terms of collective

Inlandboatmen's Union of the Pacific                                                                                            
                                                                                                                                
Signing the report: Senator Hoffman, Chair, Senators Stedman,                                                                   
Kaufman; Representative Josephson, Chair, Representatives Schrage,                                                              
Johnson.                                                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
President Stevens granted the Senate members limited powers of free                                                             
conference as requested.
