requests authorization to add the monetary terms of collective

    Confidential Employees Association                                                                                          
    Inlandboatmen's Union of the Pacific                                                                                        
                                                                                                                                
The request was signed by Representatives Josephson (Chair),                                                                    
Schrage, Johnson; and Senators Hoffman (Chair), Stedman, Kaufman.                                                               
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker granted the limited powers of free conference as                                                                    
requested.
