    "An Act making appropriations for the operating and loan                                                                    
    program expenses of state government and for certain programs;                                                              
    capitalizing funds; amending appropriations; making                                                                         
    supplemental appropriations; making reappropriations; making                                                                
    appropriations under art. IX, sec. 17(c), Constitution of the State                                                         
    of Alaska, from the constitutional budget reserve fund; and

Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that the

         "(1)  $949,722,100 to the dividend fund (AS 43.23.045(a)) for                                                          
the payment of permanent fund dividends and for administrative and                                                              
associated costs for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026;                                                                      
         (2)  $2,849,166,298 to the general fund."
