Representative Kopp moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                                                  
House consider the Senate message (page 2892) on the following:                                                                 
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 25(L&C) am                                                                                           
     "An Act relating to disposable food service ware and containers                                                            
     provided by customers; and providing for an effective date."
