This section does not apply to a restaurant in a municipality that allows a restaurant to provide prepared food in polystyrene foam disposable food service ware." Reletter the following subsection accordingly. Representative Elam moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 8 be adopted. Representative Josephson objected. Representative Stutes moved and asked unanimous consent to set an amendment deadline for CSHB 25(L&C) am of 2:30 p.m., today, to the Chief Clerk's Office.
