    NO. 13(CRA)                                                                                                                 
    "An Act relating to optional municipal property tax exemptions                                                              
    for certain long-term rental units, certain mobile home parks, real                                                         
    property rented to low-income families, real property owned and                                                             
    occupied as a permanent place of abode, and real property owned                                                             
    by first-time homebuyers."                                                                                                  
                                                                                                                                
Representative Tomaszewski moved and asked unanimous consent to                                                                 
abstain from voting because of a conflict of interest. Objection was                                                            
heard, and he was required to vote.                                                                                             
                                                                                                                                
The Speaker stated that many members may have a conflict of interest                                                            
and ruled that all members were required to vote.                                                                               
                                                                                                                                
The question being:  "Shall CSSSHB 13(CRA) pass the House?"  The
