Legislature, concerning House Bill No. 56, exempting controlled                                                                 
substances prescribed or dispensed by a veterinarian to treat an animal                                                         
from the requirements of the controlled substance prescription                                                                  
database, was engrossed, signed by the President and Secretary and                                                              
transmitted to the House for consideration.
