The Finance Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 170 "An Act                                                                    
extending the Alaska senior benefits payment program; and providing                                                             
for an effective date" and recommended it be replaced with                                                                      
                                                                                                                                
          CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 170(FIN) "An Act                                                                               
          relating to the Alaska longevity bonus program and                                                                    
          the Alaska senior benefits payment program; and                                                                       
          providing for an effective date."
