conduct a poll of the House to determine whether the legislature shall                                                          
call itself into special session for the purpose of overriding specific                                                         
vetoes made by the governor to the FY24 operating and capital budget,                                                           
House Bill 39, "An Act making appropriations for the operating and                                                              
loan program expenses of state government and for certain programs;                                                             
capitalizing funds; repealing appropriations; amending appropriations;                                                          
making capital appropriations, supplemental appropriations, and                                                                 
reappropriations; and providing for an effective date."
