Representative Vance, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent                                                                  
that Uniform Rule 23(a) be waived so the Judiciary Committee may                                                                
hear the following on May 16:                                                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
     HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 7                                                                                               
     Proposing amendments to the Constitution of the State of Alaska                                                            
     requiring payment of a dividend to eligible state residents.
